Cellarbration is the brain child of long time Berkshire County resident, Gene Faul. Gene is CEO of Monarch/Cypress hospitality division which sells its robes, towels, and sheets to the worlds very best and most luxurious hotels, inns, and spas.

Gene started in the wine business in 2001 with his store called Grape Finds which was a license to the very innovative wine operation named Best Cellars who had numerous stores around the East Coast. Co founder of Best Cellars was Josh Wesson a very well known personality in the world of wine. Best Cellars main premise was to make the buying of wine a simple, fun, and uncomplicated process. The process has been emulated at Grape Finds.

In the summer of 2012 Gene decided to phase out Grape Finds when he received an offer from Big Y Supermarkets (his next door landlord in their center in Great Barrington, Ma) and move his operation into a prime space inside the adjacent Big Y super market. Hence Cellarbration was born and has since created lots of excitement with shoppers.

Joe's sporadic wine classes held in store have become a big hit with consumers. One of the precepts of Grape Finds, now Cellarbration, is to make buying wine a fun, educational, and exciting experience which Joe and his superb staff have done in spades.

Gene is now working on creating what will become likely the first smart wine store in America where shoppers can become their own experts electronically. Stay tuned for a very exciting announcement.
